自我检讨一下，和上次微格训练比这次改动不大，把板书稍微调整了一下，安排了问题的回答，本来录了一个内容更多的一些设计了和月球受热对比的图，后来发现用了15分钟时间太长了，最后还是删掉了重新录的这版，下次微格我一定多多尝试其他的教学方式！
导入自然，联系生活，让学生有切身感受。
语调抑扬顿挫，教态大方。
知识点脉络比较清晰，板书整齐，想要讲的知识点能一目了然地表达出来。
边板书边讲解的节奏也比较好。
缺点的话，我觉得表达可以再精确点，比如在讲地面辐射的时候，你的表达是“一部分……另一部分……”，是不是用“一小部分……一大部分……”会稍好一点？
如果你想尝试别的教学方式的话，下次可以做做PPT，结合PPT来讲讲？
1、板书中对于大气吸收两部分辐射的箭头设计很好，各个箭头有一种相连接的、动态的感觉，个人觉得有助于学生理解大气吸收辐射增温、向外辐射的过程。
2、先为学生搭建大气受热过程的过程框架，再具体讲解其中的细节。以分析月球与地球的地表受热差异为契机，讲解削弱作用与保温作用，结合实例帮助学生理解两大作用。知识点讲解很有条理。
3、与学生的互动（提问）有些少。
1.导入直接，人人可以感受得到的生活例子，激发兴趣。
2.对原理讲解挺好，觉得可以更好。
3.个人认为利用现代教学媒体教学更好，利于课堂气氛的提高。
