优点：
1、课堂主要采用启发式谈话法，与学生交流互动较多；
2、教态自然，语言流畅，语速适中，表述清晰；
3、板书设计有直观图和思维导图；
不足：
1、讲到副热带高压的时候，最好说明是近地面，不然可能容易产生混淆；
2、西风带最好写完整；
优点：
1.情境导入部分案例新颖，能引起学生学习兴趣；
2.在对学生进行理答时能够同时总结板书，有利于学生对于新知识的理解。
3.看了其他同学的微课教学流程，一鸣同学的是唯一一个不是以假设条件层层推进的，我觉得这个更改学生理想化的设想的设计挺好的，但如果真实教学中，学生直接给画出来了三圈环流怎么办哈哈哈哈哈，毕竟现在的学生都会主动或者被迫的“提前学习”。
4.陈老师上课时的神情和蔼（时不时还有微笑），语言和煦，想必以后的课堂氛围很好把~
有待改进：
1.分析三圈环流时关于假设条件中地表均匀、不考虑地球公转这两点没有说明；
2.分析风的形成时和我一样忽略了摩擦力哈哈哈，可能为了严谨科学，我们下次都补上比较好；
3.复习的环节让学生自主回忆比较好。
组内互评：
优点
1、导入能引起学生学习兴趣，同时回顾热力环流知识，为讲解新课做了知识铺垫；
2、多使用谈话法与启发式问答法，与学生交流多，理答内容完善；
3、板书美观清晰，思路清晰。
不足
1、分析三圈环流时可以说一下地表均匀、不考虑地球公转这两点背景；
2、分析风带时最好说明一下摩擦力；
3、讲到副热带高压的时候，忘了强调是近地面。
